Coffee Brewing Instructions

Coffee grinding:

  • Espresso: Fine
  • Drip or Pour Over: Medium
  • French Press: Course

For amounts, here are some great starting points (use a bit more for stronger coffee):

  • Drip or Pour Over: 1 to 1.5 Tbsp. of medium ground coffee per 6 oz of water. (For stronger coffee, use 2 Tbsp.)
  • French Press: About 8 Tbsp. coarse ground coffee for an 8-cup French press.
  • Espresso: 2 to 3 Tbsp. fine ground coffee per double shot basket.
